If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@momcozy.com before it ships. We will respond promptly and do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

Shop with confidence—Momcozy offers a 30-day no-reason return period. You may request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions

  • Brand New and Unopened: Products must be in brand new, unused, and unopened condition with intact packaging.
  • Original Accessories: Please return all accessories and freebies that came with the product.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are to be borne by you, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Complete Documentation: Please provide a copy of the official receipt or proof of purchase to expedite the processing.
  • Special Note: Clearance items and non-Momcozy branded products are not eligible for this policy.

Obtain Approval: Customer service will respond within 24 hours and send you the return instructions.

Safely Return: Pack and send the item back as instructed. It’s recommended to insure the shipment and bear the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

About Exchange

I. Exchange Conditions

Non-Quality Issues: Within 30 days of receipt, unused products may be exchanged for reasons such as size mismatch, with the return shipping cost to be borne by you.

Quality Issues: If a product is damaged due to quality issues within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. They will provide you with a solution that best suits your needs.

About Refund

I. Refund Timeline

Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

II. Refund Details

Order Cancellation: Full refund.

Returns: Refund of the remaining amount after deducting the original shipping fees and taxes. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Warranty: For items meeting warranty conditions, upon approval by the Momcozy team, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the situation. Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
