The types of Personal Information we collect may include:
If you register for an account or sign in, we may collect your email and password.
If you add your baby’s information, we may collect the first name, last name, nickname, and date of birth of your baby. The active input from you would be regarded as your consent to us to process your baby’s personal information.
If you submit feedback about our product, we may collect the type of the breast pump, content of your feedback, photos(optional), and your email address.
If you set up tasks, we may collect the content of your task, reminder date and time.
We may collect your device code to help you control the breast pump in a remote manner and display the breast pump data, including the pumping pattern, usage time, usage duration, milk volume pumped.
If you want to browse the app or purchase the products at Momcozy, we may collect your personal information as follows:
If you register for an account or sign in, we may collect your first name, last name, email, and password. When you log in, you can modify your account information, including your first name, last name, email, phone number, country, and pregnancy/lactation stage.
If you add a new address, we may collect your first name, last name, phone number, company, address, city, zip code, country, and province.
If you purchase the products at Momcozy, we may collect your payment processing information(name, payment time, order number, payment status) and delivery address, billing address, your card number, name on card, country/region, first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, company, phone.
If you write a review for the product, we may collect your name, email address, review content, and photos/videos.
If you want to enjoy the professional discount in Momcozy, we may collect your professional, identity verification information as follows:
If you are a teacher, we may collect your county, school name, first name, last name, and email address.
If you are a first responder, we may collect your country, status, organization, first name, last name, date of birth, and email address.
If you are a military, we may collect your country, status, branch of service, first name, last name, date of birth, and email address.
If you are a medical worker, we may collect your country, status, organization, first name, last name, date of birth, postal code, and email address).
If you contact us or provide comments on our App, we may collect your name, email, and message.
If you want to become an affiliate, we may collect your first name, last name, username, email address, password, phone number, Apple ID, Impact account, social media (Facebook/google/Twitter/LinkedIn) account, Company information (account display name, company website, county, address, city, state, zip, phone number, currency, timezone).
If you want to become a distributor, you need to fill out the distributor application form which contains the information including contact person, email, gender, job title, telephone, instant messaging, country, company name, established year, company website, company address, business type, existing scale channels, industry involved, main operating products, business covered regions, number of employees, existing warehouse area(m²) and business-related information (including your business covered regions, existing brand you represent, turnover of last year, number of employees, number of salesmen, number of technicians, existing warehouse area, and the channel you got to know us).
If you want to sign up for weekly updates for every week of pregnancy, or sign up for our newsletter and get 10% off and exclusive updates, we may collect your email.
If you submit a privacy rights request, we may collect your first name, last name, email, phone number, zip code, address（street address, city, state, postal / zip code, country）.
If you track your order in Momcozy, we may collect your order number, tracking number, and email.
If you want to register for the Momcozy Webinar, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, city, country/region, state/province, your youngest child’s birthdate/your due date.
If you want to participate in our promoting activities (e.g. spin to get a discount), we may collect your email and baby’s due / birth date and other relevant information.
While navigating our App your mobile device or browser may share your location data, both through WiFi and GPS. We will collect this information based on the settings of your phone and browser.
When you use our App, our servers may automatically record information, including your Internet Protocol address (IP Address), domain names associated with your Internet service provider, and other information relating to your interaction with the App.
2.How We Collect Your Personal Information

● Among Our Affiliates and Subsidiaries – We may disclose Personal Information among the Momcozy family of companies for their and our business purposes and marketing purposes, including to provide you with information about products and services we think may interest you.
● To Service Providers – When we hire a service provider to help operate the App or our business, we may give access to Personal Information as necessary to perform the service for Momcozy. This may include service providers that operate our App, send our communications, or run our promotions.
● For Legal Obligation or Safety Reasons – When we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of Personal Information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy or comply with any requirement of law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce or investigate a potential violation of the Terms of Use, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise respond to fraud, security or technical concerns, (d) support auditing and compliance functions, or (e) protect the rights, property, or safety of Momcozy, its users, or the public against harm.
● In the Case of a Merger or Sale – If and when we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of transfer or sale of some or all of its business, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding. Personal Information may be transferred along with the business. Where legally required we will give you prior notice and if you have a legal right to do so, an opportunity to object to this transfer.
● To Other Cooperation Partners – In some scenarios, we may provide your personal information to our cooperation partners, which include payment service provider, identification services provider, and other cooperation partners. We will only provide them with the necessary personal information and require them to take the same safeguards to protect your personal information.

8.International Use of the App
This App is hosted inUnited States. Additionally, we may process your Personal Information in the United States and China for the purposes set forth in this Notice. Please note that by providing your Personal Information, it is being transferred to, stored, collected, or processed in Canada, the United States, and China, where our data center and servers are located and where we operate.
9.Children’s Privacy
We do not sell products for purchase by kids who are under [13 ] years old. We sell babies’ products for purchase by adults. We offer some services intended for babies, and in some cases, we may collect babies’ birthdate from an adult user. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child has given us their Personal Information, you can email us at support@momcozy.comor contact us using the information listed in Section 13.
10.Links to Third-Party App
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any services linked to or from the App, including the information or content contained within them. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing Personal Information to third parties since any Personal Information disclosed will be subject to the applicable third party’s privacy notice.
11.Exercising your Privacy Rights
You will not be discriminated against in any way by virtue of your exercise of the rights listed in this Privacy Notice which means we will not deny goods or services to you, provide different prices or rates for goods or services to you, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you.
To exercise any of the privacy rights afforded to you under applicable data protection law, please submit a request to us by one of the following methods:
Verification: We must verify your identity before fulfilling your requests. If we cannot initially verify your identity, we may request additional information to complete the verification process. We will only use Personal Information provided in a request to verify the requestor’s identity. If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of a European consumer, we will also need to verify your identity, which may require proof of your written authorization or evidence of a power of attorney.
We endeavor to respond to requests within the time period required by applicable law. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
