I love this pillow. Ive had a ton of lower back pain starting at 5 months, and this has been such a source of relief through my second and third trimesters. It supports your back and your bump without taking up too much space in bed. Its also the perfect balance between supportive and soft. I love that it cuddles my hips, even when I toss and turn. I do use my large pregnancy pillow with it but that normally gets tossed around in the night and is gone by morning so its nice that this doesn't move much and I have a better travel option!

I am almost 22 weeks pregnant and I used this pillow for the first time last night, and I finally slept well. The only time I woke up was to use the restroom. The U-shaped pillow wasnt the right shape for me and made me hot, the hiccapop wedge pillow was too hot and I would still wake up on my back. This pillow is adjustable, provides comfy bump support, keeps me on my side throughout the night, and is a comfortable temperature. I rarely write Amazon reviews, but my experience with this pillow made it worth it. I was a size 16-18 before pregnancy and got the plus size, and I put it on the widest option for the Velcro and it worked for me.
