I'm not breastfeeding yet, so I can't comment on how this performs specifically for soreness or irritation from nursing or pumping, but I've still found it really useful.I've been using it for dry nipples and find it very moisturising and soothing. The balm feels nourishing and provides a nice protective layer without needing much product each time.I also like that it's lanolin-free and made with plant-based ingredients. It's something I can already get some use out of now rather than having to wait until I'm breastfeeding.Obviously I'll have a better idea of how it performs for its intended purpose later, but so far I'm really happy with it just as a soothing balm for dryness.
